Return & Cancellation Policy
At Fabill Oils, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and cancellation terms below.
1. Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in its original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order number)
- Product must not be opened, tampered with, or used
To initiate a return, email us at fabilltrds@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will notify you via email regarding the status
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the product was damaged or incorrect)
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order:
- You must request cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order
- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
To cancel, email us at fabilltrds@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and order number
- We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used oils
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Gift cards or promotional items
